Unable to do heirarchical mapping

hi ilan sory to disturb u again.

The solution that u gave me for mapping worked fine but only upto 2nd level. when i go to 3rd level it doesnt show me value of either one of field depending on which one of comes prior.

and one time during mapping i got this type of exception
