We offer multiple types of support agreements based on the your usage of Jitterbit and how much personal attention your business will require. These include two production support agreements for either 9-5 or 24 X 7 X 365 support, and implementation support for pre-production issues.

Technical Account Managers
Some customers require continued involvement from Jitterbit, including participation in project management, being on call for scheduled downtimes and quick turn around of feature and functionality development. For this reason, Jitterbit offers the technical account manager. The technical account manager provides you an engineer that is dedicated to your account and who will be your company’s main point-of-contact for all issues. With a TAM you can be assured that every need and every deadline will be accommodated by world class Jitterbit support services.
