Dive into Dreamforce: Top Seven Sessions You Can’t Miss

Dreamforce

In addition to our own sessions and our customer sessions at Dreamforce, there are a couple of interesting talks we’ll be making a point to attend. These sessions are from all over the map, from sales to support to technology, and reflect the many and varied perspectives necessary to compete in today’s digital economy. (And did we mention we help connect the apps that people in all of those roles use?) Here are some of the ways we plan to dive into Dreamforce (other than Marc Benioff’s top picks).

Mobile In Context

Totango and Mixpanel are two leading names in mobile. In this session, they recognize the growing need to embed experiences inside of mobile apps in order to provide the best experience possible. Although many other applications may inform elements of the end user’s experience, the customer still gets a native experience that exceeds expectations.

Go Mobile and Embed Service
Tuesday, September 15, 8:00 – 8:40

When your customers are everywhere and every company has a mobile app, providing support in context is the key to customer loyalty. And when your employees are mobile too, they need a way to stay connected to deliver customer service fast. Join us for this informative session to learn about mobile support from two perspectives: customers and agents.

Marketing, Meet Sales

As marketers, we spend a lot of time thinking about our customers. Unfortunately, we don’t always spend enough time thinking about the people who close deals with those customers. So we’re excited to see this session with experts sharing ways to bring marketing and sales folks in closer alignment.

“Get connected” is our big slogan for this Dreamforce, but we’ll let others connect things some of the time too. Check out the session with us to find out (and keep an eye out for our own IoT demos at Dreamforce as well).

So we can’t wait to see what the technical folks at Mavens Consulting have to show us in their immersive virtual reality demo built on Visualforce and Apex. Will it let us skydive without going up in a plane? We’ll have to attend the session to see!

Partner Up

We love our Jitterbit partners and we rely on them for unique marketing and sales insights, not to mention technical tips about app integration. So we’re thrilled that Salesforce and Constant Contact are bringing us a session filled with tips on how we can work even more closely with our partners to achieve mutual success.

Think Small

At Jitterbit, we work with a lot of midsize companies. We know it’s easy for them to get overshadowed by big brands. But we love the entrepreneurial spirit that comes with the small business approach. So we’re super excited about the SMB Keynote on Thursday. It may not be as flashy as Marc Benioff’s main keynote, but it promises to include useful tips and tricks for using Salesforce as a small business. Plus, there’s a chance to win a travel voucher from Panda Travel!
